These terms and conditions apply to the LoveSpace app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Project B21 (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. Any charges will be clearly communicated to you.
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is strongly discouraged, as it may expose your phone to security risks and cause the Application to malfunction.
Third-Party Services
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:
Certain features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for any issues arising from lack of connectivity or exhausted data plans.
If you use the Application outside of Wi-Fi coverage, your mobile provider's terms apply and you may incur additional charges including roaming fees.
It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application is inaccessible due to battery failure.
While efforts are made to keep the Application updated and accurate, the Service Provider relies on third parties for certain information and accepts no liability for losses resulting from reliance on such content.
Artificial Intelligence
The Application incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to deliver certain features and services. By using the Application, you acknowledge that AI may process data to improve user experience in compliance with applicable laws.
Updates & Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application to maintain functionality or compatibility. You agree to accept updates when offered.
The Service Provider may also discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Application from your device.
Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Application signifies acceptance of any changes.
